4. Shipping Policy

Sparklio currently offers free shipping on orders over €100 for a limited time. Shipping regions, fees, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout based on your location. If your region is outside our primary shipping zones, please contact us before placing an order.

5. Return Policy

  • Return Eligibility: All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date, with items in new and unused condition and all original tags and labels attached.
  • Return Process: Email customer service at info@sparklioshop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include this with your securely packaged item, proof of purchase, and ship to:

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend using a trackable method.
  • Exchange Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will process an exchange within fifteen (15) days and notify you by email.
